Full terms, conditions and other important information for the One Leicester - Halloween Ghost Night Special - ticket competition:
- You MUST be 16 years of age, or older to enter. A valid form of identification will be required to collect your tickets. If you are lucky enough to look under 16, lucky you – but you may be asked to prove your age. Also, we want to ensure the person who wins the tickets genuinely wants to be at the Halloween Ghost Night Special and use the tickets for themselves and a friend.
- One entry per person.
- The tickets come as a pair - one winner gets x2 tickets worth £45 each.
- A valid email address and telephone number should be given to allow us to contact you, together with where you saw the competition advertised.
- The tickets are for Friday 30th October 2009.
- The tickets are NOT transferable – meaning the person that wins the tickets MUST be present at the event, together with their nominated guest – which will be agreed at the time of winning – so please make sure both yourself and your guest can attend.
- The tickets are not redeemable for cash.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- The judge’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into.

How do you choose the winner?
All correct entries will be put into a ‘hat’ and the winner will be drawn at random with an independent witness present.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We will contact the winner no later than 5pm on Friday 23rd October, either by phone or email.
What happens then?
We will provide you with a form of confirmation – which you will then need to take to The Guildhall and present at the reception on or before Friday 30th October. They will then issue you the pair of tickets. They will require ID to clarify you are the official winner that entered the competition.
Will my details be entered onto a database?
Yes, if you are not already on there, your email address will be added to our e-Newlstter mailing list – but you can unsubscribe at any time and your details will not be shared with other organisations. See full data protection issues below.
Data protection: by entering the One Leicester competition you will be automatically subscribed to the One Leicester mailing list - meaning you will receive our e-Newsletter, which is sent out monthly, to let you know about events, festivals, offers, news, competitions and more... we may also send you other very occasional emails if we have imoportant updates to tell you about.

Information provided to One Leicester will only be used for the express purpose of communicating with you to meet your requirements. Personal details will not be passed on to any other person or organisation other than One Leicester / LCC employees.
