Full terms, conditions and other important information for the One Leicester – Big Session Festival Tickets Competition:

 

  • You MUST be 14 years of age, or older to enter. A valid form of identification will be required to collect your tickets. If you look under 14, lucky you – but you may be asked to prove your age. Also, we want to ensure the person who wins the tickets genuinely wants to be at the show and use the tickets for themselves and a friend.

 

  • One entry per person. Duplicates will be removed.

 

  • There are x3 pairs of tickets available - meaning each winner gets x2 tickets. You must be over 18 if ordering alcoholic drinks on the night - I.D will be required.

 

  • A valid email address and telephone number should be given to allow us to contact you, together with where you saw the competition advertised.

 

  • The tickets are for one of the Big Session Festival days, either: Friday 18th, Saturday 19th or  Sunday 20th June 2010 only. You can choose which day.

 

  • The tickets are NOT transferable – meaning the person that wins the tickets MUST be present at the show, together with their nominated guest – which will be agreed at the time of winning – so please make sure both yourself and your guest can attend.

 

  • The tickets are not redeemable for cash.

 

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

 

  • The judge’s decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into.

How do you choose the winner?
All correct entries will be put into a ‘hat’ and the winner will be drawn at random with an independent witness present.

 

How will I know if I’ve won?
We will contact the winner no later than 5pm on Friday 11th June 2010, either by phone or email.

 

What happens then?
We will provide you details of how to collect your tickets. De Montfort Hall is likey to want to see proof of I.D before they will issue the winning people their tickets to clarify they are the official winners that entered the competition.

 

Will my details be entered onto a database?
Yes, if you are not already on there, your email address will be added to our mass mail database – but you can unsubscribe at any time and your details will not be shared with other organisations. See full data protection issues below.

Data protection: by entering the One Leicester competition you will be automatically subscribed to the One Leicester mailing list - meaning you will receive our e-Newsletter, which is sent out monthly, to let you know about events, festivals, offers, news, competitions and more...  we may also send you other very occasional emails if we have imoportant updates to tell you about.

 

Unsubscribing: you can easily unsubscribe (preferably after the competition is over) at any time, by using the links provided in the e-Newsletter, or by visiting: http://oneleicesteronline.com/unsubscribe.php or by emailing: info@oneleicesteronline.com and ‘Please unsubscribe me’ in the email heading together with your contact details and email address.

 

The information provided will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. The information will be used by One Leicester, Leicester City Council and its partners/contractors to deliver and improve services. We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
